ClaimCheckup ("Service") is a health insurance claim pre-validation tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze insurance policy documents, hospital bills, discharge summaries, and related documents to identify potential issues that may affect claim approval. The Service is provided by ClaimCheckup ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Not Professional Advice

The Service provides automated analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or insurance advice. The analysis may contain errors or miss issues. You should always consult with qualified professionals (insurance advisors, lawyers, or healthcare providers) before making decisions about your insurance claims. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our analysis.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, our AI-based analysis is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or error-free. Insurance policies are complex legal documents, and automated analysis has inherent limitations. The Service may not identify all potential issues with your claim, and findings may not reflect the final decision of your insurance company.

4. Payment & Refunds

The Service offers a preview of findings for free. Full access to the complete report requires a one-time payment of ₹99 (or the amount displayed at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if you believe the service was materially defective. 5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documents you upload. You represent that you have the legal right to upload these documents and that they belong to you or you have authorization from the document owner. You agree not to upload fraudulent, forged, or illegally obtained documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCheckup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or claim amounts, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific assessment in question.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, analysis algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of ClaimCheckup. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. We do not claim any rights over your documents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
